協會宗旨

本協會宗旨為促進網路安全防護技術與知識之普及發展與應用。
一、 以協助網路業者及系統業者，相互整合發展網路技術，促進業者共同發展軟硬體設備，促進網路安全技術發展，增進人類福祉為宗旨。
二、 以協助政府、學術界及產業推動電子商務服務、網路安全技術、智慧財產權及相關科技法律之應用與發展。
三、 推廣網路技術之知識交流，增進分析技術之應用與發展，提供網路封包之分析服務，協助全國網路分析之應用與發展，增進會員專業知識為目的。
四、 介紹網路分析技術，訓練網路技術人才，以推廣電腦資訊及網路科技教育為宗旨，協助會員獲取網路安全技術與資訊安全知識，並使台灣與世界接軌。
五、 分析網路封包及其網路，剖析惡意程式(木馬後門)、網路蠕蟲、駭客攻擊、智慧平板等設備的封包特性，以協助會員在面對網路管理時所遇見的問題，且有效地解決網路疑難雜症。
六、 發展網路封包測試方式與相關軟硬體工具，協助會員有效了解網路封包特性，協助進行網路事件的資訊蒐集與封包判讀。
七、 推動網路技術之研究、教育、訓練、實務等相關事務；建立並維護與其他國際網路技術相關組織之關係。

Established in IT Network Skill

   本協會研發、推廣、提供各種網路封包分析的技術與技巧。從學術基礎研究，到產業應用服務，我們提供嚴謹而實用的技巧，幫助資訊技術產業能夠充分掌握網路活動，並進一步偵測網路安全事件(網路異常與網路攻擊)，藉此增進網路使用的安全與便利。
   The Association develops, promotes and provides various techniques and technologies for network packets analysis. Not only Academic  Research but Industrial Service, we provide rigorous and practical skills to help IT friends understand network activites and further detect cyber security incidents (which include Abnormal and Offensive activities).​
